Delete Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how to request account deletion or data deletion review for your chrgr account.
How to Request Deletion
- Open the chrgr app and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.

with the subject Account Deletion Request.
What We Delete
When eligible, we may delete or anonymize information such as:
- profile information linked to your account
- saved payment methods
- push notification device tokens
- app-linked notifications and preferences where deletion is operationally allowed
What We May Retain
Some information may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal reasons, including:
- rental and transaction records
- fraud, abuse, safety, or security records
- financial, audit, legal, or compliance records
- records needed to resolve disputes or enforce platform rules
Timeline
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable time. Some requests may take longer if identity
verification, ongoing rentals, unpaid balances, or legal obligations must be resolved first. In-app deletion
may be blocked until active rentals are completed and outstanding balances are settled.
